We allow returns for store credit for jewelry that is sent back to us, providing that the jewelry is in the same condition as originally shipped. However, there are NO RETURNS for any sale/discount code items.

Store credit will be allowed within 10 business days of the customer receiving the item. The customer must contact us within this time frame to initiate the return process.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price of the item.
Store credit is valid for one year.


We are not responsible for the normal wear and tear of jewelry after 7 days of the purchase date.
If you have any issues with your jewelry, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and we will be happy to help.


Silver jewelry will go through a natural tarnishing process that can be solved by cleaning and polishing with silver jewelry cleaner.
With every order we send some tips on how to take care of your jewelry and we also send you a jewelry cleaning cloth in your first order with us.

Our pieces are made with Sterling Silver and if there is any problem with the quality of the metal in relation to its authenticity, we will give your money back.

Broken pieces that are due to wear and tear are not covered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings due to sanitary reasons. 

Any reshipping fees for exchanges/store credit usage, incorrect addresses, etc. will be at the customer’s expense.
Return shipping is also at the customer's expense.
